A Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) officer is shown holding a SABRE pepper spray canister in Minneapolis. The agents stopped a Latino man, demanding identification and ramming his vehicle. The man stated he was released after they confirmed his U.S. citizenship. The incident occurred near the location where ICE agents had fatally shot Renee Good just days earlier, on January 7, 2026.
