Residents outside an apartment building on Nicollet Avenue in South Minneapolis hold a garden hose on May 30, 2020, during unrest following the murder of George Floyd. The photograph shows two masked people positioned beside the brick building, apparently prepared to spray water toward a nearby fire. Businesses and residential properties along Nicollet Avenue were threatened by fires and damage during that period.
