Minneapolis Police 3rd Precinct Razor Wire and Target Store

Razor wire encircles the Minneapolis Police Third Precinct parking lot, with a Target store visible across Snelling Avenue. This Target store was rebuilt after sustaining damage during the civil unrest that followed the murder of George Floyd by Minneapolis police on May 25, 2020. The precinct and surrounding businesses became focal points during the protests and riots that occurred in the aftermath.
