Tires Plus operates a tire and auto repair shop on Lake Street in Minneapolis's Uptown neighborhood. Plywood covering its windows carries the message "Stop Line 3," a reference to opposition against Enbridge's Line 3 oil pipeline expansion through northern Minnesota. Other markings reading "No More Prez" and "Riots 2020" were added amid the unrest that followed George Floyd's death in 2020.
