Minneapolis: Lock on fence at Hennepin County Government Center during Chauvin trial

A padlock inscribed with "No justice, No peace" is affixed to a chain-link fence surrounding the Hennepin County Government Center in Minneapolis. This security measure was in place during the 2021 trial of Derek Chauvin, a former Minneapolis police officer charged with the murder of George Floyd. The trial, held in the same building, drew significant public attention and protests related to racial justice and police brutality.
