Smith Avenue High Bridge and Downtown St. Paul

The Smith Avenue High Bridge spans the Mississippi River south of downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. The bridge connects the West Side neighborhood with the Cathedral Hill area and frames a skyline that includes the Cathedral of Saint Paul and the State Capitol area.
