Protesters threw objects at ICE vehicles near the Whipple Building in Minneapolis.
Protesters threw objects, including sex toys, at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) vehicles outside the Whipple Building near Minneapolis. The building served as a staging area and detention center for federal agents during Operation Metro Surge. Protests against ICE operations in Minneapolis had been ongoing since December.
