Minnesota road crew closes a Minneapolis freeway exit near the Base Camp Northern Star Scouting building.
Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) closed exits to the Whipple Federal Building near Minneapolis. The building served as a "basecamp" for federal agents during Operation Metro Surge.
