The Seven Points Mall parking garage in Minneapolis, located on Lake Street, is shown following an incident on June 3rd. New security fencing and protective wrap have been installed on the structure. The area, which was the site of the death of Winston Smith, has been marked with graffiti including "EXPOSE" and "KOPS," reflecting sentiments from the Minneapolis Uprising and broader protests concerning police conduct.
