Newspaper stands in downtown Minneapolis display headlines on June 18, 2023, detailing the U.S. Department of Justice's findings on the Minneapolis Police Department. The Star Tribune's front page reports on the DOJ's conclusion that the MPD engages in a pattern or practice of conduct that deprives people of their rights.
