The photograph was made at about 9:20 p.m., roughly 40 minutes before a 10:00 p.m. curfew took effect after days of protests and unrest following the May 25 killing of George Floyd. The business provides fuel, towing, and auto services, and the staged trucks suggest preparations for possible vehicle removals during the curfew period.
