Minneapolis Police Officer Jamal Mitchell Escorted to Medical Examiner’s Office

Hundreds of Minneapolis police officers formed a procession outside the Hennepin County Medical Center to escort the body of Officer Jamal Mitchell. Mitchell was killed in a mass shooting incident earlier that day. The procession proceeded from the medical center in downtown Minneapolis to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office in Minnetonka.
