Target Field and Target Center, Downtown Minneapolis

Target Field and Target Center 2013
Target Field and Target Center are prominent sports and entertainment venues located in Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. Target Field, an open-air ballpark, opened in 2010 and serves as the home stadium for Major League Baseball's Minnesota Twins. Adjacent to it, Target Center, an indoor arena, was completed in 1990 and hosts the National Basketball Association's Minnesota Timberwolves, as well as concerts and other large-scale events. These venues contribute significantly to the cultural and economic landscape of the city, drawing visitors and residents to the downtown core for various public events.
