Fire-damaged Foot Locker interior on Lake Street in Minneapolis after unrest following George Floyd's killing.
The fire-damaged interior of a Foot Locker on Lake Street in Minneapolis is shown weeks after the unrest that followed the killing of George Floyd in May 2020. Charred debris, collapsed ceiling materials, burned fixtures, and overturned display furniture remain inside the gutted retail space. The damage was part of a wider pattern of destruction to businesses along the Lake Street commercial corridor during that period.
