Activists speak asking for charges against police officer

Activists outside the Hennepin County Government Center asking Hennepin Attorney Mary Moriarty to charge Trooper Ryan Londregan, identified by BCA, in the homicide of Ricky Cobb. Toussaint Morrison who says he’s had many past conversations with Moriarty and worked on her campaign videos says “Mary do the right thing!”.
