Security fencing with memorial portraits at Hennepin County Government Center in downtown Minneapolis.

Security fencing surrounds the Hennepin County Government Center in downtown Minneapolis, a site that became a focal point during the 2020 protests following the murder of George Floyd. The fencing, adorned with portraits of victims of police brutality and handwritten messages, serves as a memorial and a barrier. It reflects the heightened security measures and the community's response to racial injustice and police violence that characterized the period.
