Minnesota State Patrol at Line 3 Protest, State Capitol

Minnesota State Patrol officers stand guard outside the Minnesota State Capitol building in St. Paul. The officers were present during a protest against the Line 3 pipeline, which was nearing completion at the time. Approximately one hundred individuals remained at the Capitol grounds after their permitted event expired, continuing their demonstration.
