A flyer posted on a utility pole in South Minneapolis advises individuals to "Never Talk To Cops!" and "Never Talk To I.C.E." It also instructs them to "Never Sign Any Documents!" and "Never Answer Any Questions!" The flyer, which includes the phrase "Know Your Rights" and "Call or ask for a Lawyer," is seen in the Powderhorn neigborhood during Operation Metro Surge.
