Winston Smith Memorial, Six Months Later, Uptown Minneapolis

Winston Smith Rest In Power Six Months Later
Six months after Winston Smith was killed by a federal task force, memorial signs were displayed on fencing outside the Lake & Girard parking ramp in Uptown Minneapolis. The signs, including a portrait of Smith and messages such as "Rest in Power Winston" and "Six Months We Remember," serve as a memorial and a continued call for justice. The location is near the site where Smith died, which became a focal point for protests and community remembrance.
