The First National Bank Building dominates the St. Paul skyline at dusk. The Art Deco structure, completed in 1929, is identifiable by its distinctive "1st" neon sign atop the tower. Located on Bellows Street in downtown St. Paul, the building remains a prominent landmark in the city's commercial district.
