City of Lakes Luminary Bag at the Loppet on Lake of the Isles

The Luminary Loppet, a winter festival held at Minneapolis's Lake of the Isles, took place on February 11, 2023. The event, which typically involves ice skating and other winter activities on the frozen lake, was rescheduled from its original January date due to unseasonably warm weather and heavy snowfall. Thousands of attendees gathered for the festival, which is known for its illuminated pathways and community spirit.
