Metro Transit Police Surveillance Trailer, Cedar-Riverside

Metro Transit Police operates a fleet of mobile surveillance trailers deployed to transit stations and high-traffic corridors across the Minneapolis-St. Paul system. Units like this one, marked E941, are towable and self-contained, allowing the department to reposition cameras to different platforms and park-and-ride locations as needed. Metro Transit Police is a full-service law enforcement agency responsible for security along the Blue and Green light rail lines and connected bus routes. The Cedar-Riverside station, near the University of Minnesota's West Bank campus, is one of several stops where this kind of equipment is regularly stationed.
