Outside Bolero Flats on Marquette Ave in Minneapolis where an officer shot and killed a man on the 7th floor. Interim Minneapolis police chief Amelia Huffman says 9 seconds after making entry to the apartment 1 officer shot the victim who was holding a gun in his hand.
